History of Tibbetts Point
Tibbetts Point Lighthouse marks the entrance into the St. Lawrence River from Lake Ontario, and utilizes the only classical fresnel lens still in operation on Lake Ontario.

Scholarship Award
Friday, June 20
Each year Tibbetts Point Lighthouse Historical Society awards $1000 scholarships to two Town of Cape Vincent seniors. Check back soon for more info on this year’s winner.

Book Signing
Saturday, July 26
Susan Mathis, author of the Love at the Lighthouse Series, will be at the Tibbetts Point Lighthouse Visitors Center. Susan G Mathis is an international award-winning, multi-published author published more than thirty times in full-length novels, novellas, and non-fiction books.

Paint and Sip Fundraiser
Sunday, July 27
Come and learn how to paint your own Tibbetts Point Lighthouse. This event is beginner-friendly, fully guided, and includes all painting materials along with two hours of patient, experienced instruction.
